Graveface Records Kickstarter

So my favorite independent record label Graveface is setting the bar high for new project.  He most recently successfully opened his own physical record store called Graveface Records & Curiosities in Savannah. And now he’s launched a kickstarter to produce this William Schaff art book with 10” LP by Jason Molina.  The idea is simple; make a beautiful 11x11 hardcover art book of at least 60 pages featuring Schaff’s music related artwork from childhood until now, and accompany it with a 10” vinyl that Jason Molina [Songs: Ohia, Magnolia Electric Co.] recorded specifically for this project a few years back.  Apparently these songs have never been released on anything else, super rad.

Basically every release and project Ryan Graveface dips his hands into turns to gold, and I’m sure this will be no exception.  I think as evidence, practically the day he launches the kickstarter project, he has already nearly met his $14k goal!

But keep pledging because if ever there was someone that will use every extra dollar rasied above the goal to throw in extra features, it is Ryan Graveface.

If we are blessed enough to exceed our goal of $14,040, the extra money will go to make this book beyond incredible. If we transcend our goals, the additional money will be spent as follows:

Adding a dust jacket, upgrading the paper, creating a sleeve for the inside back cover to hold the 10”, paying our graphic design team, keeping our electricity on and so on. ~RG
